1. Overview

Lomela is a home finish planning app. It helps you scan room photos, label surface colors, compare candidate finishes, save local decisions, and export match cards for your own reference.

This policy describes how the current version of Lomela handles information on your device.

2. Information You Provide

When you use Lomela, you may add or create the following information:

• Room photos and product or swatch photos selected from your camera or photo library.
• Renovation zone names, surface role labels, extracted colors, candidate HEX colors, and match review results.
• Candidate names, vendors, materials, price ranges, statuses, return deadlines, and shopping notes.
• App settings, welcome progress, agreement state, local account state, local coin balance, and purchase-related app state.

3. Local Processing and Storage

The current version of Lomela stores your boards, decisions, room images, candidate images, notes, settings, and local account state on your device. Color extraction and match scoring are performed in the app to provide the features shown in the interface.

Lomela does not provide a public profile, social feed, messaging feature, or public posting feature in the current version.

4. Camera, Photo Library, and Microphone Access

Lomela requests camera access so you can scan room surfaces or product swatches. Lomela requests photo library access so you can select images for analysis. Lomela requests permission to add to your photo library when you export a Store Match Card.

Lomela requests microphone access so you can record voice shopping notes for saved decisions. Voice notes are stored locally on your device and are not transcribed to text.

Exported cards are saved to Photos only when you choose to export and grant the required permission.

5. App Tracking Transparency

On supported devices, Lomela may request an optional permission to measure app usage and improve features. You can change this choice later in iOS Settings.

6. How Information Is Used

Lomela uses the information you add to show your renovation zones, saved decisions, match reviews, warning labels, search results, app settings, sample content, and exported cards. The app also uses local state to remember welcome progress, agreement acceptance, and coin balance.

7. Purchases

If Lomela offers in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple. Lomela does not receive your full payment card details. The app may store local coin balance and transaction-processing state needed to provide purchased app credits and avoid duplicate credit grants.

8. Data Sharing

The current version of Lomela is designed for private planning on your device. The app does not include social networking, public user-generated content, or in-app messaging. If you export an image to Photos or share it outside the app using system features, that action is controlled by you and by the destination service you choose.

9. Data Deletion

You can use Local Data Reset in Settings to remove saved decisions, room photos, candidate images, voice notes, notes, settings, and local balance data from this device. You can use Delete Account to remove local login state, agreement state, welcome progress, saved data, and local account state from this device.

10. Children

Lomela is intended for general home planning use. It is not directed to children under 13, and the app does not knowingly request personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be included with the app or otherwise made available to you.
